of all renewable sources, with an average generation potential of 4.8-5.1
kWh/m2/day, or 112,000 GWp/day. Solar energy is currently the lowest cost

Investing in your own private water well and filtration system is essential in

In our payment structure, every installment is tied to a specific construction milestone,
guaranteeing a fair and transparent process that ensures you never overpay. Here's a
breakdown:

Swimming pool and day bed
Electrical, water, sewage and A/C equipment
The detailed inventory list will be signed upon the finish of
construction
The seller agrees to reserve Akura Villa for 2 weeks or until due diligence is complete, during
which the villa will not be marketed to other buyers. The deposit is refundable pending due
diligence results. The purchaser commits to acquiring the fully-furnished villa at the
presented prices under a 30-year lease. The seller covers sublease transfer tax (10%), and
the purchaser covers the notary fee (1%) for the lease transfer.

40% Due Upon Signing of the Lease Agreement.
25% Due Two Months from Signing the Lease Agreement:
