• FNML was formed in September 2013 and have a duration of six years and is scheduled to
run through until 2019,
• ຄສພຕ ເລີີ່ ມຈັ ດຕັັ້ ງປະຕິ ບັ ດ ໃນເດື ອນ ກັ ນຍາ 2013 ແລະ ມີ ໄລຍະຈັ ດຕັັ້ ງປະຕິ ບັ ດ 6 ປີ ແລະ
ຈັ ດຕັັ້ ງປະຕິ ບັ ດຮອດປີ 2019,
• Total Budget 12.27 Million US$, IFAD Grant Contribution 9.72 Million US$, GoL 0.54
Million US$, Private Sectors and Partnership Banks 1.48 Million US$, Beneficiaries 0.53
Million US$,
• ງົ ບປະມານທັ ງໝົ ດ 12.27 ລັ້ ານ ໂດລາ, ທຶ ນຊີ່ ວຍເຫື ອລັ້ າ ອີ ຟັ ດ 9.2 ລັ້ ານ ໂດລາ, ທຶ ນສົ ມທົ ບ
ລັ ດຖະບານ 0.54 ລັ້ ານ ໂດລາ, ພາກສີ່ ວນເອກະຊົ ນ ແລະ ທະນາຄານຄີ່ ຮີ່ ວມງານ 1.48 ລັ້ ານ

• FNML goal is, the reduction of extreme poverty and hunger in Lao PDR,
• ເປົັ້ າໝາຍ ຄສພຕ ແມີ່ ນເພືີ່ ອຫຼຸ ດຜີ່ ອນຄວາມທຼຸ ກຍາກ ແລະ ຜັ້ ອຶ ດຫີ ວໃນ ສປປ ລາວ,
• The main target group will consist of the population of 175 target villages combining
poverty with production and market potential,
• ກຼຸີ່ ມເປົັ້ າໝາຍຫັ ກແມີ່ ນກວມເອົ າປະຊາກອນໃນ 175 ບັ້ ານເປົັ້ າໝາຍ ເຊິີ່ ງເປັ ນບັ້ ານທີີ່ ທຼຸ ກ
ຍາກ ທີີ່ ມີ ທີ່ າແຮງການຜະລິ ດ ແລະ ການຕະຫາດ,
• The programme will target a total of 10,500 households, or 63,000 direct beneficiaries.
• ກຼຸີ່ ມເປົັ້ າໝາຍລວມແຜນງານ ທັ ງໝົ ດ 10,500 ຄຮ, ຫື ຜັ້ ໄດັ້ ຮັ ບຜົ ນປະໂຫຍດໂດຍກົ ງ

• Synergy between implementing agencies (PAFO, DAFO) and PRCO at sub-national level,
• ການປະສານງານລະຫວີ່ າງຂະແໜງການ (ກປຂ, ກປມ) PRCO ກັ ບຂັັ້ ນສນກາງຍັ ງບີ່ ທັ ນໄດັ້
ດີ ເທົີ່ າທີີ່ ຄວນ,
• Constraints to match the required delivery volumes and depth of engagement of
extension and district technical staff,
• ພະນັ ກງານສົີ່ ງເສີ ມ ແລະ ວິ ຊາການຂັັ້ ນເມື ອງຍັ ງມີ ຈາກັ ດ,
• Fund flow discipline form IFAD,

• In term of period, C2 is still young compare to C1 and C3 and Lack of long term related
specialists who base in the field,
