There were two dragons named Mimmy Buddy and Mimmy Awesome who liked to scare people. Every year on Bob Day, Mimmy Buddy would scare everyone named Bob. When they traveled to China, Mimmy Buddy got frightened when he saw a lady wearing a red cloak. He screamed and both dragons ran away. They never went to China again after getting soaked with buckets of water thrown at them.

2. Once upon a time......
In China there lived a dragon named
Nina. Nina loved to go to a Chinese
village and scare people. He does this
every New Years Eve . One year a villager
wearing a red tunic was holding two
buckets of water .

3. Nina came back and took one look at the
red tunic and turned around. The villager
dropped his buckets of water and started
screaming ‘’ I scared the dragon, I scared
the dragon ‘’, and Nina ran away .

 Because they are mythical creatures
 And red symbolises luck.

6. Once upon a legend...
There lived a mischievous dragon with the
name of Nina, she always went to the capital
of China that is Beijing.

7.  One day, Nina was flying over the village,
when she landed she saw a giant panda
which was wearing red clothes and eating
crunchy bamboo that made lots of noise.

8.  At first, Nina thought she was seeing things,
she rubbed her eyes but the panda was still
there.

9.  Nina got frightened, she tried to walk by the
panda’s mouth, the noise of the crunching
bamboo frightened her and she flew the
closest desert.

10.  Next year, she went back to Beijing to scare
the villagers, they quickly ran to open the
flag poles with pandas on them. Nina laughed
and said “you think you can hide, the poles
are too thin.”

11.  Just then, the villagers pulled a string tied
to the pole and suddenly, the banners
opened and the villagers started to eat
crunchy food.

12.  Nina ran away and was never to be seen
again!

13. THE SCARY DRAGON

14. There was a country with lots of flowers. It was named China. At the top
of a big snowy mountain in a deep, dark cave lived an old grumpy dragon
called Fonzi. Every New Year Fonzi goes to a village close by. One cold
New Year morning Fonzi as usual went to the village, but on his way he
found a unicorn that was very stinky and squeezed it with one sharp claw.

15. In the village the villagers were going to bed, they closed the windows
because they knew that Fonzi would attack them .This continued for ages
and they thought if only one man could save the whole village. Well,
that’s what really happened. We will tell you the story. One sunny New
Year morning Fonzi woke up to scare all the villagers but on his way he
saw a little boy wearing a red tunic. When Fonzi saw him he thought that
it was fire so he ran away.

16. The boy thought it was so strange that he dropped the buckets that he was
carrying and it made a really loud noise. Fonzi started running even faster.
The boy was so happy that he knew how to get rid of Fonzi.
When he went home he told everyone what he had seen. Next year when
Fonzi came to scare them they made a lot of noise so he ran away and
they never saw him again.

19.  10,000 centuries ago,
 In the centre of Beijing
every New Years eve an
ignorant dragon named
Congrvo came along
haunting every single
person that stepped foot in
Beijing.
 One lucky year Congrvo
over slept and missed New
Years Eve.
 But next morning he went
back to the village of
Beijing but he was too late
it was already over!!!

20.  But next New Years Eve he
came early to gain what he
had lost.
 But luckily enough he saw a
red toad and he froze, he was
petrified and when he was
about to get away the toad
attacked his face.
 He thought nothing could stop
him. He was so upset that he
was unbeatable.

21.  He ran and ran to yellow river. But then he
thought he’s going to go back. “I will not stop
till I kill all the toads. But first. Let me take a
selfies”.
 But the light of the camera blinded him so he
could never go back again.
 But not for long, the brother of Congrvo took his
place and every New Years Eve his brother would
haunt Beijing but this time nothing would stop
him because he was a fire dragon.

24. Once upon a time...
There lived a very deadly dragon named
Jack who liked scaring people in a town
named China Town. Every year on
Christmas day he loved to scare everyone
in the village.

25. There was another dragon who was his
friend. Her name was Lia. She was a
water dragon not like Jack. He was a fire
dragon. One day Jack and Lia went to the
village to scare everybody.

26. Jack went to scare a man who was
wearing a red tunic and holding a bucket.
When he saw this man Jack was
frightened and ran away. While Jack was
running away he saw Lia. She was trying
to scare a girl but the girl was making Lia
run away too.

27. They had such a big fright that they never
went to the village again. The villagers
lived peacefully. That’s why china thinks
that the red colour signifies luck...

30.  Mimmy Buddy was a silly, young dragon. Mimmy
buddy had a sister called Mimmy Awesome.
Mimmy Awesome was on the computer playing
cat’s house for sale and Bob the doctor. Bob the
doctor was her favourite game.

31.  Mimmy Buddy and Mimmy Awesome were excited
to be silly. Mimmy Buddy was eating Bob cupcakes
and Bob tortellini, it was Bob Day. Mimmy Buddy
was scaring everybody named Bob.
”bbbbbbbbbbbbb!”said Mimmy Buddy, they were
going to China, they were bringing there Bob the
doctor toys.

32.  But when they arrived at China they saw a lady named
apple the doctor. She was wearing a red cloak. Mimmy
Buddy screamed and said "Help me someone!”, and
then Mimmy Awesome said "HELP ME SOMEONE!”
too Mimmy Buddy. Mimmy Buddy was feeling
strange. They looked at each other and ran away.

33.  They went to the Smoothie bar. Mimmy Buddy took
the drink and it made her dizzy. A man came to them
and threw a bucket of water on them. All of a sudden
tons of people came to throw water on the dragons.
They were soaking wet. They rushed home and never
went there again.
