  2. 2. Contd……. <ul><li>The perception of the people about used cars dealers is very regardless. used cars dealers are to be thought very bad reputed. </li></ul><ul><li>Singh isn’t sure why it is so, why a stigma attached to used car dealers. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Contd….. <ul><li>But Singh enjoys being his own boss. </li></ul><ul><li>He gets pleasure in the diversity of his work, </li></ul><ul><li>in his perception he is more interested in having a relationship with customers. </li></ul>

Contd….. <ul><li>Because thousand guys out there selling car are better at selling then he is. </li></ul><ul><li>one of his strength is that he loves cars because of his family business of cars. </li></ul><ul><li>He believes his intimate knowledge of cars makes it easier for him to sell them. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Contd…. <ul><li>But it hurts him when he works hard to build a customers trust & they see him as just another shady salesman. </li></ul>
