LEARNING TRENDS CURATING CONTENT Serving up the right content at the right place and time will continue to increase learning’s efficiency and effectiveness. Microlearning is key, building skills in small modules. ENABLING LEARNING ANYWHERE Businesses will make learning accessible through various systems and devices and embed it into the workflow, eliminating separate systems and silos.
