OPPORTUNITIES External areas where you can use your strengths THREATS External areas that will expose your weaknesses WEAKNESSES What can you be better at? Make sure to think about your emotional appeal when assessing each area: • Are you high-energy, life-of-the-party? • Are you a calming force in the office? • Funny? • Logical? Brands have emotional appeal. Yours should too!!

Where do they live? Do they own or rent? What are their interests? How do they spend their time? • How can you help them? • How can you make their life better? How can you make their job easier? • How do you want them to see you?
  10. 10. Put It All Together •What one or two things about you is special? •What is the emotion you evoke in others? •Who is your target audience? The answer to these three questions will define your brand. What now?
  11. 11. Brand Yourself Offline: Do anything that helps establish you as an expert or go-to person builds your brand. • Engage in public speaking • Participate in networking group • Give interviews • Talk to people-watercooler, happy hour, business events Everywhere you can, talk your brand!
