The Captains Conference represents the entire community of internationals , including employers, their employees and families: international employers that support the relocation process of their employees by having outsourced most / all of the activities to a third party supplier + providing sufficient allowance the happy few international employers that support the relocation process of their employees by providing them with contact data of some preferred suppliers + some allowance international employers that do not support the relocation process of their employees. The employees have to arrange all relocation matters by themselves, sometime without allowance. The solutions we come up with should meet the criteria of being available / affordable to all these internationals! Our main focus is demand side…. Wishes and needs of the international community.... as a whole!
