  2. 2. Our Concern<br />In Malaysia, road accidents happen every day.Accidents cause injuries and lost of lives.<br />
  3. 3. The problem<br />Injuries and lost of lives during a road accident were always happen in our country. The main problem is, people are not aware of the importance of using common safety features installed in a car.<br />
  4. 4. Video<br />What happen to the guy??<br />
  5. 5. Your Task<br />You are a Road Safety Officer given the opportunity to conduct a study on the safety features of a car in order to inform your friends and teacher about the safety features of a car. <br />
  6. 6. Your Research Questions<br />Why do road accidents happen? <br /> What can be done to reduce road accidents?<br /> What can be installed in a car to reduce injuries and lost of lives?<br />
  7. 7. What you must do?<br />Work in teams of 5 students <br />Conduct a thorough research on how physics concepts learnt can be used in the design of the safety features of a car. <br />Gather at least 5 safety features. More safety features are better (you also can includes the latest safety features).<br />Relate the safety features to physics concepts that you have learnt.<br />
  8. 8. Your Final Task<br />Present your finding and investigation in 2 weeks using power point presentation, video, poster or 3-D model. Based on the findings, prepare a flyer to be displayed at school notice board (for Car Safety Awareness Campaign)<br />
