General, go to Color Scheme.
Choose Blue or Black. Silver is
the standard (default) color for
the window.

opens your slide deck

File -> Options -> Advanced ->
Display. Open all documents using
this view.
Now choose ‘Normal – Thumbnails
& Slide’ or whatever else you want

You can make right click
to go to the previous slide
(since left click goes to

Type your name as the author of
the presentation. You can also
enter the ‘last modified by person’
name (if multiple authors)

If you forget the password, forget about the
presentation as well 

File -> Info -> Protect Presentation
-> Encrypt with password
Type in the password and save
your presentation.

Hide slide numbers from
your audience

When you open the PPT file, the number of
slides is shown at the left bottom.
It reads ‘Slide 1 of 201’. Hide it!

Right click on the ‘Slide 1 of
201’ and deselect ‘View
Indicator’

Inspect Document
Only select ‘Presentation Notes’.
