Contrary to popular belief, anarchy does not mean "without rules."[citation needed] The word "Anarchy" comes from the ancient Greek ἀναρχία, anarchia, from ἀν an, "not, without" + ἀρχός arkhos, "ruler", meaning "absence of a leader", "without rulers").[7]
What do we mean by anarachy exactly - it is essentially the abscence of government. An abscence of leadership where all people help themselves and each other. Chaos was never a particular feature of anarchic teachings.
