  3. 3. <ul><li>Today we´re going to show you how to make PASTA BOLOGNESE </li></ul><ul><li>It ´s a traditional Italian dish and it´s quite easy to make. </li></ul><ul><li>It´s takes about 10 minutes to prepare. </li></ul><ul><li>It serves 10 and it´s quite economic; about 1,50 euro per serving. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>Mise en place: </li></ul><ul><li>For this recipe you´ll need: </li></ul><ul><li>A) INGREDIENTS </li></ul><ul><li>21oz the onion </li></ul><ul><li>3cans of tomato sauce </li></ul><ul><li>2oz the onion </li></ul><ul><li>1 leek </li></ul><ul><li>2oz carrot </li></ul><ul><li>14oz minced meat </li></ul><ul><li>10tbsp red wine </li></ul><ul><li>3,5oz grated chesse </li></ul><ul><li>3,5oz margarine </li></ul><ul><li>2,22lb the pasta </li></ul>
