  2. 2. A FEW FACTS:- One of the most recognisable designers of the 20th Century- Founding member of three top organisations: Pushpin Studios (1954), New York Magazine (1968) & Milton Glaser Inc. (1974)- Educated at the Cooper Union in New York- Previously a member of staff and on the board at The School of Visual Arts- Achieved the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt Design Museums lifetime achievement award

BACKGROUND:- Born in New York in 1929- Milton Glaser was educated at the High School of Music and Art and the Cooper Union art school in New York and, via a Fulbright Scholarship, the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, Italy.- His artwork has been featured in exhibits worldwide, including one-man shows at both the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Modern Art in New York.- He is also a renowned graphic and architectural designer.- Designed the iconic „I <3 NY‟ logo
