To tap into the wealth of information residing in these documents HOVS provides indexing and abstracting services to extract and tag the data / g g attributes to each contract within the system so that a user can easily extract data across sets of contracts or fi d documents with the least number t t find d t ith th l t b of keystrokes. Additionally HOVS and take all this information and develop a XML document repository from where all documents can be custom published based on user p preferences.
