  6. 6. Management Team Bio’s  Himali Singh – Director, Sales & Marketing Himali has extensive experience in sales & marketing of leading 4 star and 5 star hotels in India. She has also been instrumental in pre-opening planning, HR and sales setup of premium 5 star hotels. Prior to Blueberry, Himali ran her own business where she promoted various hotel properties pan India. Few of the properties Himali promoted in her last venture included The Chancery and Chancery Pavilion (5 star) in Bangalore, Breeze Hotel (4 star) in Chennai, Katriya Hotel (4 star) in Hyderabad, Chariot Beach Resort (4 star) in Chennai, Solitaire (4 star) in Bangalore, Clarion Beach Resort (5 star) in Goa, The West End Nasik (4 star), Surya Palace (3 star) in Baroda and Peninsula the Grand (4 star) in Mumbai. Himali thrives on her carefully cultivated corporate relations and on the academic front, holds a post graduate diploma in Hotel Management from the University of Mumbai Expertise – Sales and Marketing  Shrirang Bhagwat – Director, Hospitality Shrirang has an illustrious 29 years of experience in the global Hotel Industry. He started his career with Oberoi Hotels and worked across various properties of Oberoi Hotels such as Oberoi Towers, Mumbai, Al Rasheed Baghdad, Oberoi Babylon, Baghdad. He has also been instrumental in the opening of several Sarovar Group Hotels such as Majestic Park Plaza, Ludhiana, Royal Orchid Park Plaza, Bangalore, Park Plaza Royal Palms Mumbai, Geoffrey’s New Delhi. Shrirang is an old hand in the kitchens and has been responsible for setting up and managing several famous restaurants both in India and overseas. He was part of the team which set up Venky’s poultry processing plant at Kamshet, Pune. Shrirang is also a consultant to leading hotels such as Kamat Hotels, Concept Hospitality and MMCL.   7. 7. Management Team Bio’s  Vijay Singh – Director, Business Development & Finance Vijay has many years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. He has worked across industry verticals and has been responsible for structuring and winning several marquee corporate business deals. In the early part of his career, Vijay worked with Compaq and Novell where he was responsible for business development in enterprise corporate segment. He has worked closely with the financial markets in US and UK where he incubated a niche Financial Process Off shoring business focused on the Mutual Fund Industry. Immediately prior to co-promoting Blueberry, Vijay was heading Cisco’s business in the region in the Financial vertical. During his career tenure, he has been vastly exposed to board level discussions around innovative partnership modelling. He thrives on his corporate relationships across levels, both with customers as well as imprimatur alliances. Vijay holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Expertise – Sales and Marketing, Deal Contracting and Business Development  Rajnish Chopra – Director, Operations Rajnish is an experienced hotelier with over 20 years of enviable career in the hotel industry. He started his career with Taj Group of Hotels and spent 12 years across various Taj properties in India and abroad. Earlier, he worked with Intercontinental Hotel Group for 5 years where he had varied stints as part of their Pre Opening Team, later as F&B Director in Mumbai and as General Manager during Pre Opening of Intercontinental Goa. Rajnish has also worked as Director Operations at Le Meridien, Kovalam and secured exhaustive training at Le Meridien Fujerah in UAE. In his last assignment, Rajnish was the Vice President Operations for the BJN Group during which time he successfully commissioned 14 restaurant projects.   8. 8. Management Team Bio’s  Samuel Moses – Director, Human Resources Samuel Moses has wide experience of four decades in the field of Human Recourses, Industrial Relations and Corporate affairs. After working in the Engineering Industries for more than a decade, he moved on to Hotel Horizon Juhu to set up the HR and Administration department , where he later also established these functions at the newer venture of the owners, Hotel Poonam International. Samuel Moses has also worked as Corporate Personnel Manager at Claridges New Delhi, Holiday Inn Mumbai and Majorda Beach resort Goa. He was also the General Manager Personnel and Administration at Hotel Leela Venture Ltd. , Mumbai. At Leela, he had set up the HR operations of Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai, Leela Beach, Goa and Leela Palace, Bangalore. He has also been a HR consultant to Inter Continental, The Grand Mumbai Samuel Moses is B.A., L.L.B., M.L.W.
