  2. 2. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS <ul><li>Even when we don’t talk; we unconsciously let our mood, thoughts, attitude and emotions out……. </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Body Language is the unspoken communication that goes on in every Face-to-Face encounter with another human being. It tells you others’ true feelings towards you and how well your words are being received. </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>Research tells us at least 85% of all meaningful communication is nonverbal, unspoken. You do read one’s body language louder than the words that come out of one’s mouth. </li></ul>

If you DO this…it means this… <ul><li>• Yawning “I am feeling terribly bored” • Scratching the head “I am tired if this” • Biting the lower lip “I don’t know; I’m not confident about this • Tapping the foot “I want to get on the next thing; I’m bored • Fidgeting in a chair “I’m feeling uncomfortable” </li></ul>
