  34. 34. Dhaka is facing multi-dimensional problem. The gap between population increase and pace of supply of needed infrastructure and services has been widening quickly. DSCC trying hard to serve its inhabitants all the public works of civic amenities within the limited budget. DSCC also need the institutional strengthening and capacity building to resolve the challenges of Megacity and serve accordingly.
