Facts about Tobacco <ul><li>Tobacco use, especially smoking is the number one type of death that is preventable in America. </li></ul><ul><li>1 out of 2 people who continue to smoke will die early because of their smoking </li></ul><ul><li>Natural, low-tar, and low-nicotine aka “Light” cigarettes are not any more safe then the regular cigarettes. This is a marketing ploy done by the tobacco companies so people will buy their product. </li></ul><ul><li>Within 12 hours of your last cigarette, the level of carbon monoxide in your blood drops to normal. After 2-3 months after quitting your lung and circulation function improve. </li></ul>

Facts about Alcohol <ul><li>The contents of a regular beer, glass of wine and a shot of whisky or an 80 prof distilled spirit are all the same </li></ul><ul><li>The U.S. government reports that moderate or low consumptions of alcohol can increase your longevity and improve your health. </li></ul><ul><li>Drinking alcohol may slightly increase your risk of breast cancer </li></ul>
