Smart Goal: <ul><li>S pecific: i want to eat and live more healthier. </li></ul><ul><li>M easurable:I am going to eat small meals throughout the day as well as work out/ go running mondays wedensdays and saturdays. </li></ul><ul><li>A ttainable: I need to schedule time on mondays, wednesdays and saturday to go to the gym, and buy more health orientatied food. </li></ul><ul><li>R ealistic: My best friend and i signed a contract to keep eachother in line, so im going to do so. </li></ul><ul><li>T imely: Im hoping my can change my ways within 3 weeks. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Factors to my Goal <ul><li>I was very surprised with all the factors to my goal. </li></ul><ul><li>My self motivation was the best factor I think towards my goal. I knew I wanted to succeed so I tried my best. </li></ul><ul><li>It was hard balancing my classes as well as friends and the involvement on campus. </li></ul><ul><li>As long as I kept with my healthy habits and ate right as well as kept active my improvement was visible. </li></ul>

Resources <ul><li>Friends; They helped me with keeping on track, as well as always wanting to do active things with me. </li></ul><ul><li>Myself; I knew what I wanted so I tried my hardest. </li></ul><ul><li>Local Mountians for hiking </li></ul><ul><li>Hub work out room and bikes </li></ul><ul><li>Wii Fitness, so much fun and I love the Downhill skiing </li></ul><ul><li>Yoga Class </li></ul>

March Weekly Routine* <ul><li>Sunday: Resting Day/Wii Fitness </li></ul><ul><li>Monday: 2-3 Mile run </li></ul><ul><li>Tuesday: Yoga in am, Light run in pm </li></ul><ul><li>Wednesday: 2-3 Mile run </li></ul><ul><li>Thursday: Yoga in am, Light run in pm </li></ul><ul><li>Friday: Resting Day/Wii Fitness </li></ul><ul><li>Saturday: Resting day/Wii Fitness </li></ul><ul><li>*I tried to stick to this the best I could </li></ul>

Conclusion/Assessment <ul><li>I am very proud of how far I have come. </li></ul><ul><li>I’ve lost 2 inches on my waiste and can see the results in my stomach area. </li></ul><ul><li>I tried to stick to my routine as best as I could and there was ony a few days that I couldn’t do what I wanted due to illness. </li></ul><ul><li>Im still doing this routine and the nice weather really is helping with me staying outdoors. </li></ul><ul><li>I’m going to start adding some weight training to my schedule. </li></ul>
