Phil Favia is the Principal Consultant of I.T. Focus Inc., a Management Consulting
Services firm located in Long Grove, Illinois.
Drawing upon his twenty years of business experience, Phil has
the visionary ability to sort the important from the less, and to
create a plan of action that makes the best strategic sense for
his clients. Phil is equally comfortable in either successfully
leading the execution of these plans, or, in recommending or
providing the most suitable talent for doing the same.
Phil’s primary focus is to make certain that delivery of the firm’s services consistently
exceeds its clients’ expectations. Over the last eight years, I.T. Focus’s list of satisfied
clients includes Dell Computer, Motorola, Transunion and Rotary International.
Before founding I.T. Focus, Phil was Regional I.T. Director for forest products
company Georgia-Pacific. In this capacity, he led many large-scale implementations
of I.T. systems and applications for the ten-state, $2 billion business that he was
responsible for supporting. After twelve years of working in industry, Phil returned to
his consulting roots, having begun his career as a management consultant for the
industry-leading Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Phil earned his degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of
Illinois and currently resides in Long Grove with his wife and three sons. He is very
active in his children’s academic and athletic pursuits and enjoys being a volunteer
coach for youth hockey, baseball and football in his community.
