NOTE; { railwaymens federation join none of them } </li></ul><ul><li>1931 : Report of ROYAL COMMISSION on LABOUR1928 gives progressive </li></ul><ul><li>recommendation . </li></ul><ul><li>1931 : ‘ All India Red Union’ in Kolkata fomed by again spliting of A.I..T.U.C . </li></ul><ul><li>by Ranadive And Deshpande in Kolkata . </li></ul><ul><li>NOTE: Durind this time Bengal Labor Assocition and Hindustan Mazdoor Sevak Sangh </li></ul><ul><li>also emerge AND registered union roase to 170 during1932-33 </li></ul>

TRADE UNION REFORMATION PERIOD 1933-1938 <ul><li>This is the era of reformation of trade union. </li></ul><ul><li>: Trade Union Unity Federation </li></ul><ul><li>was formed </li></ul><ul><li>: National Trade Union Federation </li></ul><ul><li>A.I.T.U.F. + RAILWAY = N.T.U.F. </li></ul><ul><li>1935 : All India Red Union Fedration </li></ul><ul><li>merge with A.I.T.U.C. </li></ul><ul><li>April 1938 : N.T.U.F. merge with A.I.T.U.C . </li></ul>
  11. 11. Second World War Period1939-1945 <ul><li>1939 : IInd world war begins . </li></ul><ul><li>1941 : I.F.L . (indian fedaration of labor) by N.M.Roy. By </li></ul><ul><li>spliting from AITUC but weak after world war end. </li></ul><ul><li>1942 : Tripartile consultation formed by govt. as ILO. </li></ul><ul><li>1942 : first Indian Labour Conference ,New Delhi. </li></ul><ul><li>1945 -1946 :1087 trade union are recognised. </li></ul><ul><li>1947 : the seceded leader of A.I.T.U.C. form new trade union </li></ul><ul><li>as INDIAN NATIONAL TRADE UNION CONGRESS. </li></ul><ul><li>1947 : Ahamdambad Textile Labor Union MERGE with </li></ul><ul><li>I.N.T.U.C . </li></ul>

AFTER INDEPENDANCE <ul><li>1948 : Hind Mazdoor Sabha by seceded </li></ul><ul><li>socialist leader from I.N.C. by spliting </li></ul><ul><li>Indian National Congress. </li></ul><ul><li>I.F.L. further merge with H.M.S. </li></ul><ul><li>Dec 1949: United Trade Union Commitee </li></ul><ul><li>formed. </li></ul><ul><li>April 1949 : United Trade Union Congress formed </li></ul>
