  • APPRECIATE EVEN IF IT COMES FROM COMPETE
  • NO FINGER POINTING if there's success, try to share the credits to the team if things are goofed, tk the ownership, stand as a leader
  • TRY NOT TO BE DEFENSIVE if u've made a mistake, accept it if u r nt able to deliver, accept it defending wont take us nowhere, try work what need to be perfected in the further delivery to fasten things
  • THINK OUT OF BOX pls try do the same thing wht u do differently and c whether that will bring any benefit to the organization 
  • DETERMINE THE JOURNEY-EVALUATE YOUR ROUTE OFTEN Dont save your best ideas/intelligence for next job thinking that you'll deliver there Excellence is an art which comes through practice, so practice daily to deliver excellence in whatever u do  Dream Job wont come in next exit, so enjoy your journey & try deliver to the best till your last second ends If u think things are not going as per ur wish, have a open talk with ur manager/mentor/peer ,take their advise,try change the course of action in ur current place first bfor taking strong decisions
