  3. 3. 3 Working Experience  He worked in Parle Biscuits and Somany Tiles during his college vacation as his first exposure to industrial environment on temporary basis.  He started his career by school teaching after completion of his graduation in 1997 and worked till 2001.  He had entered in corporate sector in 2001 and worked as a quality professional in Hindusthan National Glass Industries Ltd. Bahadurgarh, Haryana till May, 2014.  He was responsible for quality control, sampling inspection, data collection and analysis, defect prevention, process audit, corrective and preventive action, man power handling at shop floor.  He has been visiting as guest faculty, in Management Institutes, Rohini, Delhi, to deliver lectures in MBA classes, for quantitative techniques, business statistics, production and operation management, research methodology and motivation.  He has been writing blogs ( www.shakehandwithlife.blogspot.in ) since 2009 on quality and social improvement.  He has been writing and publishing small notes, tutorials and e-books for MBA students on quantitative techniques, business statistics and research methodology on Pothi.com and Slideshare.net since 2010.  In 2012, He registered his own website www.shakehandwithlife.in and www.shakehandwithlife.puzl.com.  He has been working on various e-learning projects since 2012 for free online trainings and tutorials for corporates and management students on 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, QCC, Six Sigma, 5‘S’, ISO 9001:2008, Quantitative Techniques and Business Statistics, Production and Operation, Research Methodology.  He has completed and published his first corporate training e-book “7 QC Tools” in April 2014 on Pothi.com  He delivers corporate training and management education services in a traditional classroom (In House) or open house seminars onsite at client’s location.  He prepares online modules and e-books on various courses for e-learning.

School examination with PCM as majors after taking a gap of one year from Board of School Education, Haryana, in 1994.  He successfully completed his B.Sc. with Electronics, Physics and Mathematics as majors from Vaish College, Rohtak, under Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak (HR.) in 1997.  While he was in teaching, he took B.Ed. entrance exam in 2000 and ranked 176 out of 50000 applicants and successfully completed his B.Ed.   7. 7. 7 Social Contribution  He has been associated with “Shaheed Yadgar Committee”, Bahadurgarh for a long time.  Committee is inculcating the thoughts of those unsung heroes of nation who sacrifice their lives without a bit of hesitation for the freedom of our Nation in society and coming generation by public meetings, quiz, essay competition, speech competition, seminars etc.  He helps to organize the public meetings, quiz, essay competition, speech competition, and seminars as a team member of committee.  He prepares the schedule of the program.  He maintains the record of participants.  He helps judges of committee, to prepare the Judgement after competition.  He plans and prepares strategy for the upcoming programs in committee meetings.  He delivers lectures on young freedom struggle martyrs in schools and colleges of Bahadurgarh on behalf of committee.  He is working on a project with committee to root out this very common thought “If Bhagat Singh is there, then he would be in our neighborhood not in our home.”

  10. 10. 10 Unforgettable Moments  He awarded for design of Nuclear Reactor as the Best Model in college science exhibition in 1994.  He got to know that his father is very critical due to brain and heart attack in April 2006.  He lost his father in Jan. 2007.  His thought on leadership gets published in Times of India, Lead India, Mail Box, Aug. 2007  He topped MBA in fourth semester in his institute in 2008.  His first e-book sold on pothi.com in 2011. His Strengths  His Mother and Father.  His learning attitude.  His belief in himself.  He experiments first then advises, rather to advise others without knowing results.  He shoulders his own responsibility without pinpointing to others teammates.  He believes “Life can’t stop for anyone and every moment of life is precious” and this urges him to name his website as Shakehand with Life.  He had made most critical decision of his life when his father expired, and he took his first semester MBA examination started very next day of his father’s death. He had taken the exams and successfully cleared all his examinations.
