INTRODUCTION :• RedTacton is a new Human Area Networking Technology that uses surfaces of the human body as a safe ,high speed network transmission path.• Communication is possible through any body surfaces such as fingers ,ears ,face ,feet etc…• This is a technology that makes human body as a source of medium to transfer the content from source to destination.

  5. 5. WORKING STRATEGY :• Red Tacton can achieve duplex communication over the human body at a maximum speed of 10 Mbps.
  7. 7. HUMAN AREA NETWORKS :• In addition to the WANs and LANs, there areapplications best served by Human AreaNetworks(HANs) that connect the last meter.• Human society is entering an era of ubiquitouscomputing, where everything is networked.
  8. 8. JAPANEESE TECHNOLOGY : NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation)was the first one to implement the HAN with high-speed data transmission through human skin at speedof 2mbps. Even IBM also put it’s hand in this field in the year1996. mp3 player
  9. 9. Technical Points :  Rather than using the electromagnetic waves to transmit the data, it uses the weak electric field on the surface of the body as a transmission medium.

  15. 15. Future ENHANCEMENT : • NTT Lab from Japan is currently testing and developing this revolutionary technology to make it more safer and cheaper • Trying to increase the conduction Speed

Conclusion : We conclude that, when we compare RedTacton with other technology present today it can give a better performance over others and we can say that to connect the network within short distances RedTacton is best In this technology there is no problem of hackers as our body is itself a media. 
