Organizational Perception Information System
Numerous companies, organizations and public institutions worldwide are not sufficiently familiar with one of the most radical mean to improve the positive perception of stake holders toward their organization: "…to the extent an organizational identity is clear, unified and agreed and…. is in line with its external branding, the positive image of the organization will improve towards the stake holders and the public…"
Even if an internal organizational identity exists, in a way or another, this identity is not always related to employees' values and/or to the external branding characteristics of the organization
