It’s Not Just A Man’s Game Anymore.<br />While some might think that fantasy football is only fancied by men, more and more women are participating. As a matter of fact, a Harris Interactive Poll discovered that out of an estimated 30 million people who play, 6.5 million are women.<br />

Why do women like fantasy football?<br />Some women participate in fantasy football as an excuse to throw parties and socialize; on the other hand, some use it as an extra tool to enhance their love for the sport. For whatever reason they choose, football fantasy has become a &quot;shopping diverter&quot; for women and an exciting game to enjoy.<br />

Expect a different form of shopping<br />So for the NFL season, you can expect to see less women in Macy&apos;s and Dillard&apos;s on Sundays as they would rather shop online-- for pro athletes, that is. <br />
