Open Outlook:Select “Tools” then choose “Account Settings”
From This Screen, double click on “Microsoft Exchange Server”
Select “More Settings…”
Click the “Advanced” Tab
Click AddType in the name of the mailbox you want to addClick okClick “Apply” and “ok”
Choose Next:
Select FinishThe Mailbox will be added to your outlook
