6. 6. Risk
Because the team has a track record of buying gold for investors and transporting it back to a refinery in the US the supply chain process and risks associated have been addressed and mitigated.
Because of the joint partnership that has been forged in Ghana along with the teams vast network and relationships with customs officials, airline/airport staff, and most importantly tribes in the mining region we feel the risks have been alleviated.
The Ghana government and legal system is one of the best in Africa. The infrastructure is in place to allow outside investment and business to flourish in the country.
10. 10. Investment possibilities
Investor has choices when they proceed to engage.
If an investor or capital group wants to fund the full amount of the project a table top meeting will need to be done to workout specifics of transaction and agreement.
High % returns on investment capital (60-90%)
60% for 6 months and 90% for 9 months with option to continue for 10% a month until the mine is shut down. 2 yr plan currently to operate mine.
Option to receive Gold as a return
If investor is interested a 1 on 1 meeting will be scheduled to go over the details of the opportunity
12. 12. Gold is captured under 300 mesh fine. (40 microns)
13. 13. Humanitarian aspect to project
10% of the profits will go to various projects in the country including but not limited to finishing the build of St. Mark a Coptic Orthodox church in Accra. A joint venture exists with the church in Ghana on the humanitarian side.
A school, church, shelter, and farming will be built for the local inhabitants of the region where the mine is located. A monastery will also be built along with farms in Ghana.
Also a very exciting aspect is that with the equipment that will be used no chemicals are needed. So the mining operation will be “GREEN”. There will be minimal impact to the environment.
14. 14. Facts about project
Land in the region is procured by talking to the tribal chieftain or chiefs in the region.
Negotiation will be for a minimal amount of land with the option to expand and grow up to 25 acres which is the government regulated amount for a small scale mine.
Chiefs can either accept a set cash payment for the land or negotiate a cash payment as well as % of profits.
15. 15. Facts continued…
Gold in Ghana is relatively easy to mine and only 15-20% of the gold in the country has been unearthed.
Joint venture is in place with a Ghanaian who has worked in the mines his entire adult life.
Gold is the last “REAL” currency left in the global marketplace.
Price to manufacture and bring to market 1kg of gold is roughly 10k gross. That same 1kg of gold will be brought to a US refinery and sold for spot price which is roughly 30-35k gross. Therefore arbitrage opportunity.
16. 16. Facts continued…
Ghana has numerous gold belts in the country with the most popular region being the western region.
Mining equipment for the project has been identified and researched, and verified.
Team has track record of procuring product, exporting, and delivering product to refinery successfully
Takes 3 months from time the equipment is ordered to have it built, shipped, installed and operating on the mining site.
17. 17. Mining facts
The soil that will be mined is Alluvial soil and in the mining industry considered the easiest and simplest to mine.
Alluvial soil - a fine-grained fertile soil deposited by water flowing over flood plains or in river beds.
The soil consists of clay or silt or gravel carried and deposited by streams or rivers
Mining sites need to be located near or around adequate water supply. So mining sites are located near rivers as a result of this.
