The total cost of sales and marketing efforts, as well as property or equipment, needed to convince a customer to buy a product or service. Finance CAC = Total Spend on Customer Acquisition / # Customers Acquired in Period Customer Churn Bob J Customer Churn is the percentage of customers that stopped using your company's product or service during a certain time period. Sales Customer Churn = (Lost Customers ÷ Acquired Customers) x 100% Retention Dan D Customer Retention refers to a company’s ability to turn customers into repeat buyers and prevent them from switching to a competitor.
