General Rules  Applies to all programs  Can’t be an ineligible business.  Have to have eligible expenses not covered by another local, state or federal program.  Have to be in good standing with Ohio Secretary of State, Ohio Dept. of Taxation.  Have to have an OH|ID (OHID.ohio.gov), apply at businesshelp.ohio.gov, when funding is available.  Can only apply for one grant (only one grant per federal EIN number).  Have to register with Ohio Office of Budget and Management as a supplier (supplier.ohio.gov).  Varies by program  Have to be an eligible business.  Have to have been negatively impacted by COVID.  Have to have (at least) one Ohio location in continuous operation since Dec. 1, 2019 or established Jan. 1, 2020 to Dec. 31, 2020 (NSBG).
  7. 7. Applies to all programs  Ineligible Businesses  Businesses operated by a government agency or entity  Sexually-oriented business  Regulated by Ohio Casino Commission or Ohio State Racing Commission  Owned by individuals under age of 18
