English is widely spoken among Gen Y-ers. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Dynamic growth of economy is accelerating need for authentic leadership for long term sustainable growth. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Public sector is not focusing on deploying talents of the people, quality demand on the labour market is missing. What we know about tomorrow’s leaders <ul><li>The most socially justice and globally minded generation in history </li></ul><ul><li>First generation of Slovaks to be raised under non-communist government and will parent the first generation of Slovaks completely raised in a globally accessible world </li></ul><ul><li>They are staunchly self confident and have a deep fear of failure </li></ul><ul><li>They believe they can do anything, but need help to aim their passion and convictions </li></ul><ul><li>Have very high expectations and especially influenced by Western culture </li></ul><ul><li>Need to see their future as the leaders who will shape the Slovakia of the 21 st century and need to believe the future of Slovakia has a place for them in both the public and private sectors </li></ul>
