- Later, on would not limit ourselves just for Slovakia, World is borderless especially with web2.0 tools;-) web 2.0 and enterprise 2.0 is my focus on PhD thesis. You and me are living example of the power of social media. Our story can be really powerful one day! ;-)
- At the moment, I am exploring the AIESEC organization in Slovakia, via interaction with leaders assigned for upcoming year. Contacts in my Alma Mater, Comenius University, Faculty of Management are well established as well, easily to reach dean’s office. Manageria is organization of Alumni’s from the faculty, where the main leaders are my ex-classmates. After interacting with those people, we will be able to identify and compose material with action plan to the higher levels. Governmental level should be pitched, in order to explain the urge of investing into innovation and great human capital we have available in Slovakia.
- This slide would certainly require deeper insight, but I hope you are getting slight idea about what I am targeting at as main root of the gap. People are uniformed, they have not been shown other approaches, they think that this is the best what they can get out of professional life, as they are not led by examples in the senior levels at all.
- Change of educational syllabus can start by a pilot course at the faculty of management, let us say for one full semester to offer, leadership program. Web2.0 is simply what is changing our lives, business and the way we function. Collaboration. Borderless reach, etc.
