We also offer personalised products tailored to your specific needs, with a variety of choices and minimums of only 1,000 units. We work with you on design, fragrance and packaging until we have something that is a true reflection of your brand. We can also personalise a whole variety of items including miniature toiletries, soaps, shower caps, sewing kits, slippers, stationery and much more.   6. 6. www.ormita.com CUSTOMISED PACKAGING PRE-EXISTING PACKAGING DESIGNS Using pre-set formulations and templates means delivery of bespoke hotel toiletries can take place as soon as 12 weeks after the order is places. Usually there are no design costs associated with this type of personalisation. CUSTOM PACKAGING DESIGN If you would like you hotel toiletries range to be totally bespoke and unique to your brand we can also accommodate this. We have a very experienced in-house design team who can work with you to create innovative packaging, designs and graphics. Fragrances can also be personalised. This is done by discussing your likes and dislikes with our representative who will then submit a fragrance brief to our perfumers. Prices vary greatly depending on specification, but we can work with you on budgets, quantities and designs. In order to get the best possible price we do suggest a minimum order of 1,000 for personalised hotel miniatures and personalised soap products. Our in house design department keeps up to date with International trends & innovative packaging which is evident in all of our ranges. We also have the ability to offer in house design and create unique branded ranges for large hotel groups & independent hotels. Special attention is given to each & every client ensuring they receive the product that is best suited to their environment. Examples of packaging you may desire (or speak with us about custom design) This information is required because most of the Ormita suppliers will “manufacture on demand” and do not stock a fixed range of products. This means we must go through a “packaging” selection process with your hotel. SAMPLING & ORDERING PROCESS Once we have your requirements we can: 1. Provide you with a selection of packaging which you may choose from 2. Provide a quote for the product based on minimum orders 3. Arrange for samples of the products to arrive for your testing purposes (please note freight charges for samples will be in cash and payable in advance) 4. New clients may also be eligible to receive a line of credit based on “advance bookings” from within the Ormita barter client-base.
