Criteria on Polymers PVC-Moratorium Raw Material (if appropriate): Percentage of recycled plastics, renewable sources Ban on Microplastics (Rinse off Cosmetics, Detergent group) Criteria on recyclability of packaging material (e.g. cleaning agents) Excluding combinations of different polymers disturbing the recycling process

Criteria on Additives and Auxiliary Chemicals 1st step: Generic Hazard Approach - Exclusion of chemicals with certain hazard classes: SVHC, H-phrases, PBT, vPvB … Criteria for specific functional groups, depending on product group. Examples: plasticisers, flame retardants Derogations After thorough consideration of specific risk & possible subsitutes Criteria regarding Sustainable Plastic Design
