Emotional health is one aspect of mental health.It is your ability to cope with both positive and negative emotions, which includes your awareness of them. Emotional health is an important part of overall health. People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behavior.

Physical activites that can help reducing stress and anxiety The best activities that you can do for reducing stress and anxiety are the ACTIVITIES THAT YOU LOVE TO DO; like playing an instrument, drawing, dancing, listening to music, walking, playing different sports, meditating,… But it's always good to try something new, because you never know what you'll like, if you don't try. We also don't know if it helps if we never try.

Regular exercise can increase self- confidence, improve your mood, help you relax, and lower symptoms of mild depression and anxiety. Exercise can also improve your sleep, which is often disrupted by stress, depression and anxiety.
