  2. 2. LIA, THE LOGOSYNTHESIS INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION, IS AN INTERNATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANISATION BASED IN SWITZERLAND
  3. 3. The Association provides many services for the Logosynthesis community and its members
  4. 4. The LIA: • supports professionals and other interested parties in working with Logosynthesis® • establishes a worldwide Logosynthesis® network with numerous active hubs • serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience • contributes to the spreading of Logosynthesis® • promotes the quality and further development of Logosynthesis® • certifies professionals across various levels THE ASSOCIATION

  6. 6. Becoming a LIA Practitioner in Logosynthesis®
  7. 7. Admission criteria: • To be admitted to the Logosynthesis Practitioner curriculum you need a professional background in working with people, with a certification or a diploma: • coaching, supervision, counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, medicine, education, theology, social work… • If you don’t have a professional background, you need at least 75 days of training in one coherent model of coaching or counselling PRACTITIONER CURRICULUM
  8. 8. Seminars: • Basic – the start of every curriculum in Logosynthesis • Logosynthesis Live or an international Working Conference • At least two out of three Practitioner seminars: 1. The Path of the Will 2. The Path of Trust 3. The Path of Courage • After Logosynthesis Basic you can choose the order of the seminars PRACTITIONER CURRICULUM
  9. 9. Other conditions: • At least two units of supervision • One unit is either a day in a group (6 hours) or 1.5 hours of individual supervision • Written paper • Regular participation in a practice group • The Practitioner curriculum lasts at least one year PRACTITIONER CURRICULUM

As a Practitioner… • You are allowed to use the Logosynthesis brand • in your c.v. • on your website • in your publications • You can publish your name and practice on the LIA website list of certified Practitioners • You can attend Master Classes • You have access to the Practitioner section of the LIA website PRACTITIONER CURRICULUM
  11. 11. Becoming a LIA Self-Coaching Instructor
  12. 12. • To become a Self-Coaching Instructor you need: • certification as a Practitioner • endorsement as an Instructor • Instructor‘s Meeting every 18 months (only in German speaking countries) SELF-COACHING INSTRUCTOR

As an Instructor… • You are allowed to teach the official introduction to Logosynthesis for a lay audience: • the 101 course • You can teach other standard LIA courses for lay people, like the workshop on time and money • You can develop your own self-coaching classes and license them to other Instructors • You have access to the Instructor section of the LIA website AS A LOGOSYNTHESIS INSTRUCTOR…

Criteria: • Logosynthesis Practitioner • participation in the third Path Seminar of the Practitioner curriculum • participation in The Path of Presence • participation 3 Master Classes • individual mentoring • participation in a practice group • written report about own process • colloquium MASTER PRACTITIONER

  17. 17. • MASTER PRACTITIONERS CAN BECOME TRAINERS IF THEY FULFILL ADDITIONAL CRITERIA • Trainers are licensed to teach the Logosynthesis Basic course and other seminars of the Practitioner curriculum
