  2. 2. What we as a school do for every student applying to University NI and UK Approximately 200 students will be applying through UCAS Every Year 14 student has an interview with Mr Madden based on the information provided in their UCAS reference and application
  3. 3. Role of the Subject Teacher • To produce an informed and personal subject specific comment that clearly reflects the skills and capabilities of each student in that subject and their readiness for the next step into Higher Education. ‘ADDING VALUE’ • To state the predicted A2 grade that is based on the AS grade achieved……. with a realistic view of the final grade they likely achieve. • 41.7% of UCAS grades are over predicted
