Staffing Industry Analyst COMMENT: The cost of hiring continues to rise. Before looking to hire in talent, consider if you have employees who can be retrained/upskilled

The average adult spends there and half hours on their mobiles.

  11. 11. The altered expectations of consumers are set by best in class experiences. (Not by you or your competitors) COMMENT: Part of the challenge for companies is that you are competing against expectations for digital engagement set by someone else. But you can learn from how they communicate with their customers. How simple and intuitive is their interactions.
