• Construcción de Capacidades para el Desarrollo de CEAs
(Centros de Enseñanza y Aprendizaje) para las IES de LA en el Siglo XXI
• Guías y modelos de CEAs centrados en el desarrollo de competencias docentes en tres ejes:
• pedagogía
• tecnología
• gestión estratégica
• Instalar 4 CEAs en 4 IES de Guatemala y Colombia (UG, USAC, UCA,
USBC)• Desarrollar capacidades de gestión e innovación en los profesionales de los CEAs
• Planes de Formación Docente en los CEAs en tres ejes:
• metodologías activas e híbridas
• estrategias de monitorización y evaluación con analítica del aprendizaje (learning analytics)
• investigación sobre la propia práctica docente para la mejora continua.
• Fomentar la cooperación sostenible entre IES latinoamericanas y europeas,
construyendo una Red de Cooperación en relación con los CEAs.
