  4. 4. Larry Lockerman, DDS Dr. Larry Lockerman graduated from N.Y. University Dental School in 1977. In 1985-86 and 1988-89 he received a Certificate of training from the year- long Advanced Treatment Program on Craniomandibular Pain and Dysfunction from the University of New Jersey Medical and Dental School. Since then he has been a staff member of many reputed academic and medical institutions, such as the New England Regional Headache Center, Worcester, MA USA ; the UMass Medical Center; Instructor in Neurology Harvard Medical school, Boston, MA USA ; Pain Management Center, Dept. of Anesthesia, Yale New Haven Hospital, CT USA. In 1995 Dr. Lockerman became a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain, and in 2000 - a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Lockerman has published several articles and book chapters and had lectured to the dental and medical communities. He has been treating people with head and neck pain, TMJ disorders and Obstructive Sleep Apnea for over 35 years in the USA. These days he is working in private practice in Jerusalem and Modiin. Davis Thomas, BDS, DDS, MSD, MSc Med Dr. Davis received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry in 1997. In 2005 Dr. Thomas joined the Post Graduate Fellowship in TMD and Orofacial Pain at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), and later received his Master (MSD) in Orofacial Pain from UMDNJ. Dr. Thomas recently successfully completed his Masters in Sleep Medicine (MSc Med) with the University of Sydney, Australia. Now he continues his research as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Rutgers University Dental School, where he is in charge of setting up a Dental Sleep Medicine Program. Dr. Thomas is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Rochester Medical School, NY, USA. The experience and education Dr. Thomas has acquired over the years has allowed him to lecture extensively all around the world and to present several posters and papers at international pain conferences.
  5. 5. Dr. Giannina Katzmann, DDS Dr. Giannina Katzmann graduated the Universidad Mayor School of Dentistry, Santiago, Chile. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain. These days Dr. Katzmann is a MDS candidate in Orofacial Pain and TMD, Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Newark, NJ, USA. Divya Kohli, BDS Dr. Divya Kohli graduated the prestigious Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, India in 2016. Formerly, Lecturer at the Department of Prosthodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, India. These days Dr. Kohly is a MDS candidate in Orofacial Pain and TMD, Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Newark, NJ, USA. back
