  6. 6. Educate & Empower Yourself and Others Research and learn when there are things you don’t know. Confront your own bias and prejudices… we all have them!
  7. 7. Listen Listen to the people around you. Listen to members of the LGBTQ+ Community. Heck, just listen to anyone outside your own bubble of privilege!
  8. 8. Be Visible, Challenge Hate Hold yourself and the people around you to account and expect the highest standards from everyone you work and interact with.
  9. 9. Influence Others It’s everyone’s job to make equality happen. Build it into conversations. Build it into team meetings. Build it into the world in which you live and interact.
  10. 10. Think Intersectional Someone may be bisexual and Black. Gay and Jewish. Transgender and Lesbian. Communities and identities co-exist, and nuances are important to understand.
