Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1, Defendants Sky Zone, LLC, CircusTrix
Holdings, LLC, and CircusTrix, LLC hereby provide the following corporate disclosure statement:
1. Defendant Sky Zone, LLC is a private limited liability company, and its sole
member is CircusTrix Holdings, LLC.
2. Defendant CircusTrix, LLC is a private limited liability company, and its sole
member is also CircusTrix Holdings, LLC.
3. Defendant CircusTrix Holdings, LLC is a private limited liability company, and its
sole member is Trampoline Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
4. Trampoline Acquisition Holdings, LLC is a private limited liability company, and
its sole member is Trampoline Acquisition Parent Holdings, LLC.
5. Trampoline Acquisition Parent Holdings, LLC is a private limited liability
company whose members and sub-members are as follows:

principal place of business in New York;
