  3. 3. WHICH COUNTY? Please register at deedexpress.net if you have invested in the following counties: • Charlotte • Alachua • Brevard • Broward • Citrus • Escambia • Highlands • Hillsborough • Indian River • Lake • Miami-Dade • Monroe • Nassau • Okaloosa • Osceola • Pasco • Pinellas • Santa Rosa • St. Lucie • Sumter • Volusia • Walton
  4. 4. If the county you have invested in was not listed on the previous slides please call the county to start your TDA.
  5. 5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR REALTDA.COM o Register using your Tax Payer Identification Number that is associated with your liens. o Log into realtda.com o Select the appropriate county (This option will be available for you on the top left of the screen.)
  6. 6. PAYMENT PROCESSo Once you are at the appropriate county’s page click on “Certificates Eligible”. o The next page will indicate the liens you own that are eligible for TDA. o To apply check the box on the right and click Apply. o You will then be taken through the purchasing process.
  7. 7. o Most counties allow two different payment methods. One is the ACH method and the other is wiring transfer method.
  8. 8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEEDEXPRESS.NET o Register using your Tax Payer Identification Number that is associated with your liens. o Log into deedexpress.net o Select the appropriate county (This option will be available for you on the top left of the screen.)
  9. 9. o Once you are at the appropriate county’s page click on My TDA Eligible Certificates. o The next page will indicate the liens you own that are eligible for TDA. o To apply click on Add to Cart. And click on the gavel that appears at the top right corner. o You will then be taken through the purchasing process.
  10. 10. o Most counties allow two different payment methods. One is the ACH method and the other is wiring transfer method.
  11. 11. WARNING: It is illegal to apply for a TDA using a different fund source than the fund source that the customer used to purchase the certificate. For example, if the lien was paid for via IRA, then the TDA would need to be with funds from the IRA.
