Patsy is a true entrepreneur and I cannot
remember a time when she was not involved in
a business of some kind either as a Founding
Member in a start up business, Manager, CFO,
COO or Partner/Director.

I have had the privilege of working with Patsy
and also being on the receiving end of Patsy’s
mentoring. As an accountant, Patsy’s practice
was innovative and client-centric. Her passion
and love for what she does comes through
during our sessions together. She is good at
leading and inspiring people to act for the
attainment of results as she is a great
communicator and is at ease both working in a
group environment or on a one-on-one.

Where others see difficulties or obstacles, she
sees a challenge to be tackled. She is quite a
radical thinker and has demonstrated that she
will often look beyond the obvious, searching
for the new and unconventional, questioning
the prevailing wisdom but always taking a
pragmatic and commonsense solution to
problems.

She always seem to know the right thing to do
in a variety of situations. Her methodical and
thoughtful nature definitely influences her
words and deeds and best of all, she always has
a smile on her face.

I have found that she does so much more than
just try to live up to her commitments – she
takes psychological ownership of what she says
she will do and will persist until she delivers on
her promises.
She will do what is right and hold to her values
and principles irrespective of the commercial
ramifications. She is a true inspiration to
everyone she comes into contact with.
