Sinamics G and S Series Drives are a powerful and versatile platform, capable of doing all sorts of motion applications. With the latest hardware, there is also onboard IO, PID functionality, even logic within the drive. This presentation will describe these advanced features with practice applications. An attendee will learn best practices to scale their solutions, walk away with example code, and have step by step instructions. This presentation will feature demonstrations to explain: how to create on-board interlocks, write drive executable scripts, configure custom parameter views, and use cases for remote maintenance.
