DEADLINES AND NOTICE OF CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS, Plaintiff First Fidelity Bank (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Temenos U.S.A.,
Inc. and Temenos Cloud Americas, LLC (“Defendants,” and collectively with Plaintiff, the
“Parties”) have entered into a confidential Settlement and Release (the “Agreement”) to resolve
the above-captioned matter; and
WHEREAS, Plaintiff intends to file a notice of dismissal upon the Parties’ full performance
under the terms of the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between
the undersigned Parties hereto, and subject to the approval of the Court, that all hearings and
deadlines between the Parties are stayed through October 28, 2022.
