  2. 3. Methods <ul><li>Place the BIOPAC mouthpiece on the filter and then place on the air transducer </li></ul>Make sure the filter and mouthpiece are attached to the inlet side for proper use
  3. 4. Methods Make sure the subject puts a tight grip around the mouthpiece. The subject will be asked to breathe such as inhale, exhale for extended amounts of time and also at their normal breathing rate. We will also measure MVC, MVV and FEV. Your lab instructor will assist with the data analysis and the operation of The BIOPAC system
