  3. CREATING A CIRCLE OF TRUST • All team members must share their secrets among the team in a breakout room. • Then they join the main room. • Then they must select a card numbered from 1 to 8. • Based on the card they choose they must perform a task • Every task will give the team 10 points. • If the participant chooses not to perform task, then they get - ve10 points. • Along with negative marking they get a penalty of sharing any one secret of their group members with everyone. • The ability of perform the task shows that how trustworthy you are for your team. • Team with more points is declared as winner.

PICTIONARY • The leader of the group is shown a picture. • Then the leader must get inside the breakout room and explain the picture to the members and make them draw the same. • The picture drawn by the group members will be reviewed. • Group members who has drawn the picture so close to what the leader has seen will be given maximum points. • Repeat the same activity for all groups. • Group with maximin points is declared as winner.

Then they must perform a task failing which they must share the secret to all the participants. So, this activity builds a trust among the participants and reveals how trustworthy they are.

This is all about who do you trust to complete a task based on gender Based on the slide you ask who do you trust to complete the task Participants would often come up with usual answers for example To pay your bills (men) To take care of child at home (grand mother) To learn classical dance (women) This activity reveals why can’t some gender-based activity can be done by the opposite gender The idea here is why some tasks can be gender based and why can’t you trust the opposite gender to perform the same task
  13. This activity is based on trust building. It reveals that how the team members are trusting their leader to accomplish the task. The activity is all about the drawing the picture based on the team leader’s input.
