Here are the slides of my keynote at the AIST workshop (https://aistworkshop.github.io/), co-located with the IEEE International Conference on Software Testing, Verification, and Validation (ICST) 2023, entitled “Testing and Development Challenges for Complex Cyber-Physical Systems: Insights from the COSMOS H2020 Project”. The presentation concerns the ongoing research in the COSMOS H2020 project (https://lnkd.in/dujKuXvY), and addresses three fundamental questions that I believe the SE community could/should focus more and more in future of Cyber-physical systems: * What types of bugs occur in open-source CPSs? * How to enable cost-effective testing for Self-driving cars? * How to address the Reality Gap problem when testing UAVs?
