First step Set realistic targets without going overboard in your initial enthusiasm of reaching the set fat loss factor target. Remember, gaining weight is much easier than losing it! Overnight you cannot possess an hourglass figure, right? When you set an unrealistic target and cannot achieve it you sure get disappointed and depressed; don’t let that happen, even losing as little as a few pounds in a month is good enough initially. Start by making small changes in your diet and lifestyle; take the stairs instead of the lift, and when you wish to go to the grocers or the library or any place close by, resist taking out the car, walk instead.
