Results and Output of Life IWM project <ul><li>ACTION: PILOT PROJECTS </li></ul><ul><li>1 pilot project for the building up a system of waste separated collection along the seaside of Himara, Saranda and Lukova with more than 500 bins. </li></ul><ul><li>25 sites for the separated waste collection located within the schools of the Vlore Region. </li></ul><ul><li>1 ecological island for the used oil collection in the Port of Durres. </li></ul><ul><li>1 pilot project for the used paper collection through a system of bins and an ad hoc truck. </li></ul><ul><li>Beneficiaries: Local Authorities and citizens </li></ul>

ADVICE <ul><li>To create always a specific common goal for each group of stakeholders or public administrator </li></ul><ul><li>Try to organize training as a workshop to solve specific technical problems. </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t forget project management </li></ul><ul><li>Do not undervalue the power of children to spread practical concept to other family members. </li></ul>
