They were built to bury the bodies of the kings. There are a lot of pyramids in Egypt. The Great Pyramid at Giza is about 137 metres high. It was built by King Cheops (Khufu). They used large stones to build it. Thousands of workers and slaves took part in building it. It took them 20 years to build the Great Pyramid.   5. 5. ٥ o The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﻣﺨﺎﻓﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﻜﻤﺔ‬ ‫رأس‬. o An accidental meeting may be better than a date. ‫ﻣﯿﻌﺎد‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﺻﺪﻓﺔ‬ ّ‫رب‬. o A word uttered may bring wealth as well as ruin. ‫ﻧﻌﻤﺔ‬ ‫ﺟﻠﺒﺖ‬ ‫ﻛﻠﻤﺔ‬ ّ‫ورب‬ ،‫ﻧﻘﻤﺔ‬ ‫ﺟﻠﺒﺖ‬ ‫ﻛﻠﻤﺔ‬ ّ‫رب‬. o A trade in hand insures against poverty. ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫أﻣﺎن‬ ‫اﻟﯿﺪ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺻﻨﻌﺔ‬‫اﻟﻔﻘﺮ‬. o Better have a wise enemy than a foolish friend. ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻗﻞ‬ ّ‫و‬‫ﻋﺪ‬‫ﺟﺎھﻞ‬ ‫ﺻﺪﯾﻖ‬. o Cut your coat according to your cloth. ‫ﻗﺪر‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ‬‫ﻟﺤﺎﻓﻚ‬‫رﺟﻠﯿﻚ‬ ‫ﻣﺪ‬. o A man is known by the company he keeps. َ‫ﺴ‬‫ﺗ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺮء‬ ‫ﻋﻦ‬‫ﻞ‬‫ﻗﺮﯾﻨﮫ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ‬ ‫َﻞ‬‫ﺳ‬‫و‬. o A good workman is known by his chips. ‫ﯾﮭﺎن‬ ‫أو‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺮء‬ ‫ﯾﻜﺮم‬ ‫اﻻﻣﺘﺤﺎن‬ ‫ْﺪ‬‫ﻨ‬ِ‫ﻋ‬. o A hungry stomach has no ears. .‫اﻟﻌﻘﻮل‬ ‫ﺗﺘﻮه‬ ‫اﻟﺒﻄﻮن‬ ‫وﻗﺖ‬ o In caution there is safety; in haste repentance. ‫اﻟﻨﺪاﻣﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﻌﺠﻠﺔ‬ ‫وﻓﻲ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻼﻣﺔ‬ ‫ّﻲ‬‫ﻧ‬‫اﻟﺘﺄ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬. o The worth of a man lies in what he does well. ‫ﯾﺤﺴﻨﮫ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ ‫اﻣﺮئ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻛ‬ ‫ﻗﯿﻤﺔ‬. o Eat little, live long. ‫طﻮﯾﻼ‬ ‫َﻌﺶ‬‫ﺗ‬ ‫ﻗﻠﯿﻼ‬ ْ‫ﻞ‬ُ‫ﻛ‬. o A vessel filters what it contains. ‫ﯾﻨﻀﺢ‬ ‫ﻓﯿﮫ‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺎ‬ ‫إﻧﺎء‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻛ‬. o Don't fight the man who does what he says. ‫ﻓﻌﻞ‬ ‫ﻗﺎل‬ ‫إذا‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺗﻌﺎﻧﺪ‬ ‫ﻻ‬. o No smoke without fire. ‫ﻧﺎر‬ ‫ﺑﻼ‬ ‫دﺧﺎن‬ ‫ﻻ‬. o Any horse may stumble, any sage may err. ‫ھﻔﻮة‬ ‫ﻋﺎﻟﻢ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫وﻟﻜ‬ ،‫ﻛﺒﻮة‬ ‫ﺟﻮاد‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻟﻜ‬. o Necessity knows no law. ‫ﻟﻠﻀﺮور‬‫أﺣﻜﺎم‬ ‫ة‬. o All that glitters is not gold. / .‫ذھﺒﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﻠﻤﻊ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﻟﯿﺲ‬ٍ‫ء‬‫ﺳﻮدا‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻛ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ٍ‫ء‬‫ﺣﻤﺮا‬ ‫ﻛﻞ‬ ‫وﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﺤﻤﺔ‬‫ﻟﺤﻤﺔ‬. o Man does not attain all his heart's desires for the winds do not blow as the vessels wish.
  6. 6. ٦ ‫ﻟﯿﺲ‬ّ‫ﻨ‬‫ﯾﺘﻤ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻛ‬‫ﺎه‬‫ﯾﺪرﻛﮫ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺮء‬..‫ﺗﺸﺘﮭﻲ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﺮﯾﺎح‬ ‫ﺗﺠﺮي‬‫اﻟﺴﻔ‬‫ﻦ‬. o The pitcher goes to the well once too often. ‫ّة‬‫ﺮ‬‫اﻟﺠ‬ ‫ﺗﺴﻠﻢ‬ ‫ّة‬‫ﺮ‬‫ﻣ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻛ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬. o The key to evil is one word. ّ‫ﺮ‬‫اﻟﺸ‬ ‫ﻣﻔﺘﺎح‬‫ﻛﻠﻤﺔ‬. o Make hay while the sun shines. ‫ﻓﺎﻏﺘﻨﻤﮭﺎ‬ ‫رﯾﺎﺣﻚ‬ ‫ّﺖ‬‫ﺒ‬‫ھ‬ ‫إذا‬.‫أواﻧﮭﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻮات‬ ‫ﻗﺒﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﻔﺮﺻﺔ‬ ‫اﻏﺘﻨﻢ‬ / . o Faith may move mountains. ‫اﻟﺠﺒﻞ‬ ‫ﯾﺰﺣﺰح‬ ‫اﻹﯾﻤﺎن‬. o The shoemaker's wife is always the worst shod. .‫ﻣﺨﻠﻊ‬ ‫اﻟﻨﺠﺎر‬ ‫ﺑﺎب‬/‫ﺣﺎﻓ‬ ‫اﻹﺳﻜﺎﻓﻲ‬‫ﻲ‬‫ﻋﺮﯾﺎن‬ ‫واﻟﺤﺎﺋﻚ‬. o Victory does not come by jealousy. ‫ﯾﺴﻮد‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺴﻮد‬. o Half a loaf is better than no bread. .‫ﻛﻠﮫ‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻰ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫أﻓﻀﻞ‬ ‫اﻟﻌﻤﻰ‬ ‫ﻧﺼﻒ‬ o Better buy than borrow. ‫اﻻﻗﺘﺮا‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﺮاء‬‫ض‬. o A good name is better than riches. .‫ِﻨﻰ‬‫ﻐ‬‫اﻟ‬ ‫وﻻ‬ ‫اﻟﺼﯿﺖ‬ o A brunt child dreads the fire. .‫اﻟﺤﺒﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﯾﺨﺎف‬ ‫اﻟﺜﻌﺒﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫اﺗﻘﺮص‬ ‫اﻟﻠﻲ‬ o Cleanliness is next to godliness. ‫اﻹﯾﻤﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫اﻟﻨﻈﺎﻓﺔ‬. o To make mountains out of molehills. ‫ّﺔ‬‫ﺒ‬‫ﻗ‬ ‫ّﺔ‬‫ﺒ‬‫اﻟﺤ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ َ‫ﻞ‬‫َﻤ‬‫ﻋ‬. o Don't count your chickens before they are hatched. ‫ﺻﯿﺪه‬ ‫ﻗﺒﻞ‬ ّ‫اﻟﺪب‬ ‫ﻓﺮوة‬ ‫ﺗﺒﻊ‬ ‫ﻻ‬. o Diamond cut diamond. ‫اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺪ‬ ّ‫ﻻ‬‫إ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺪ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﯾﻔ‬ ‫ﻻ‬. o Novelty gives pleasure. ‫ﺟﺪﯾﺪ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻟﻜ‬.‫ﺑﮭﺠﺔ‬ o Give a dog a bad name and hang him. ‫ﺑﺎﻟﺠﺮب‬ ‫ّﮭﻤﮫ‬‫ﺗ‬‫ا‬ ‫ﻛﻠﺒﮫ‬ ‫إﻏﺮاق‬ ‫أراد‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬. o He who governs well may govern long. ‫ﻣ‬‫رﯾﺎﺳﺘﮫ‬ ‫داﻣﺖ‬ ‫ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺘﮫ‬ ‫ﺣﺴﻨﺖ‬ ‫ﻦ‬. o Grasp all, lose all. ‫اﻟﻘﻠﯿﻞ‬ ‫أﺿﺎع‬ ‫اﻟﻜﺜﯿﺮ‬ ‫طﻠﺐ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬.‫ﺟﻤﻊ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ ّ‫ﻞ‬‫ﻗ‬ ‫اﻟﻄﻤﻊ‬ / .

"‫اﻧﻘﻄﻊ‬ ‫اﻹﻧﺴﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﺎت‬ ‫إذا‬‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﺛﻼﺛﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻠﮫ‬ ‫ﻋﻨﮫ‬‫وﻟﺪ‬ ‫أو‬ ‫ﺑﮫ‬ ‫ﯾﻨﺘﻔﻊ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻢ‬ ‫أو‬ ‫ﺟﺎرﯾﺔ‬ ‫ﺻﺪﻗﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻟﮫ‬ ‫ﯾﺪﻋﻮ‬ ‫ﺻﺎﻟﺢ‬"  "None of you will have faith till he wishes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself." "‫ﻟﻨﻔﺴﮫ‬ ‫ﯾﺤﺐ‬ ‫ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻷﺧﯿﮫ‬ ‫ﯾﺤﺐ‬ ‫ﺣﺘﻰ‬ ‫أﺣﺪﻛﻢ‬ ‫ﯾﺆﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻻ‬"  "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is like the ruined house." "‫اﻟﺨﺮب‬ ‫ﻛﺎﻟﺒﯿﺖ‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺮآن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺷﻲء‬ ‫ﺟﻮﻓﮫ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻟﯿﺲ‬ ‫اﻟﺬي‬ ‫إن‬"  "A man adopts a way of life according to that of his friend, so one should be careful about whom he chooses to be friends with." "‫أﺣﺪﻛ‬ ‫ﻓﻠﯿﻨﻈﺮ‬ ‫ﺧﻠﯿﻠﮫ‬ ‫دﯾﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺮء‬‫ﯾﺨﺎﻟﻞ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻢ‬"  "Actions will be judged according to the intentions (behind them), and everyone will be repaid according to what he intended." "‫إﻧﻤﺎ‬‫اﻷﻋﻤﺎل‬، ‫ﺑﺎﻟﻨﯿﺎت‬‫وإﻧﻤﺎ‬‫ﻣﺎ‬ ‫اﻣﺮئ‬ ‫ﻟﻜﻞ‬‫ﻧﻮى‬"  "It is manifest lying when one tells whatever he hears." "‫ﻛ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮء‬ ‫ﻛﻔﻰ‬‫ﺳﻤﻊ‬ ‫ﺑﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﺤﺪث‬ ‫أن‬ ً‫ﺎ‬‫ﺬﺑ‬"
  15. 15. ١٥  "The best amongst you is the one who learns the Quran and teaches it." "‫ﺧﯿﺮﻛﻢ‬‫ﻣﻦ‬‫وﻋﻠﻤﮫ‬ ‫اﻟﻘﺮآن‬ ‫ﺗﻌﻠﻢ‬"  "Give the hired worker his wages before his sweat dries." "‫ﻗﺒﻞ‬ ‫ﺣﻘﮫ‬ ‫اﻷﺟﯿﺮ‬ ‫اﻋﻂ‬‫ﻋﺮﻗﮫ‬ ‫ﯾﺠﻒ‬ ‫أن‬"  "He belongs not to us (i.e. not a true Muslim) who neither respects the elder nor shows sympathy for the younger." "‫و‬ ‫ﻛﺒﯿﺮﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﻮﻗﺮ‬ ‫ﻟﻢ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻣﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻟﯿﺲ‬‫ﺻﻐﯿﺮﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﺮﺣﻢ‬"  He who cheats belongs not to us. (i.e. not a true Muslim) "‫ﻣﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻠﯿﺲ‬ ‫ﻏﺸﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬"  "Relief and give good tidings to others! Avoid causing complications or disaffection." "‫و‬ ‫ﯾﺴﺮوا‬‫ﻻ‬،‫ﺗﻌﺴﺮوا‬‫و‬ ‫ﺑﺸﺮوا‬‫ﺗﻨﻔﺮوا‬ ‫ﻻ‬"  "Don't ever believe suspicions, it is pure lying." "‫و‬ ‫إﯾﺎﻛﻢ‬‫اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺚ‬ ‫أﻛﺬب‬ ‫اﻟﻈﻦ‬ ‫ﻓﺈن‬ ،‫اﻟﻈﻦ‬"  "Smiling on the face of your brother (i.e. others) is as rewarding as giving alms." "‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﺗﺒﺴﻤﻚ‬‫و‬‫ﺻﺪﻗﺔ‬ ‫أﺧﯿﻚ‬ ‫ﺟﮫ‬"  "All human beings commit sins, but the best of them are those who repent constantly." "‫ا‬ ‫ﻛﻞ‬‫ﺑﻦ‬‫آدم‬‫اﻟﺘﻮاﺑ‬ ‫ْﺎﺋﯿﻦ‬‫ﻄ‬‫اﻟﺨ‬ ‫وﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫ْﺎء‬‫ﻄ‬‫ﺧ‬‫ﻮن‬"  "Fear Allah wherever you are, repel evil deeds with good deeds, and treat people with good manners." "‫اﺗﻖ‬‫و‬ ‫ﻛﻨﺖ‬ ‫ﺣﯿﺜﻤﺎ‬ ‫ﷲ‬‫اﻟﺴ‬ ‫أﺗﺒﻊ‬‫ﯿ‬،‫ﺗﻤﺤﮭﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﺴﻨﺔ‬ ‫ﺌﺔ‬‫و‬‫ﺣﺴﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺨﻠﻖ‬ ‫اﻟﻨﺎس‬ ‫ﺧﺎﻟﻖ‬"  "If you believe in Allah The Almighty and the Last Day, then speak just all good or keep silent." "‫و‬ ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﺆﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻛﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬‫ﻟﯿﺼ‬ ‫أو‬ ،ً‫ا‬‫ﺧﯿﺮ‬ ‫ﻓﻠﯿﻘﻞ‬ ‫اﻵﺧﺮ‬ ‫اﻟﯿﻮم‬‫ﻤﺖ‬"  "Shyness brings nothing but good deeds." "‫ﺑﺨﯿﺮ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﯾﺄﺗﻲ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫اﻟﺤﯿﺎء‬"  "O Allah, I ask You to bless me with Your love, make me love who loves You, and guide me to every deed You love." "‫و‬ ‫ﯾﺤﺒﻚ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫وﺣﺐ‬ ‫ﺣﺒﻚ‬ ‫أﺳﺄﻟﻚ‬ ‫إﻧﻲ‬ ‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫ﺣﺒﻚ‬ ‫إﻟﻰ‬ ‫ﯾﻘﺮﺑﻨﻲ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻞ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ‬ ‫ﺣﺐ‬"
  16. 16. ١٦  "O Allah, suffice me with the permissible rather than the forbidden things, and enrich me with Your grace so that I ask none but You." "‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫أﻛﻔﻨﻲ‬‫و‬ ،‫ﺣﺮاﻣﻚ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺤﻼﻟﻚ‬‫أ‬‫ﻏﻨﻨ‬‫ﻲ‬‫ﺳﻮاك‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﻔﻀﻠﻚ‬"  "O Allah, by You we reach the morning and by You we reach the evening, by You we live and by You we die, and to You is the final return. "‫و‬ ‫أﺻﺒﺤﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻚ‬ ‫اﻟﻠﮭﻢ‬‫و‬ ‫ﻧﻤﻮت‬ ‫وﺑﻚ‬ ‫ﻧﺤﯿﺎ‬ ‫وﺑﻚ‬ ‫أﻣﺴﯿﻨﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﻚ‬‫اﻟﻨﺸﻮر‬ ‫إﻟﯿﻚ‬" ‫ﺗﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫ﯾوﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻛرت‬ ‫ھل‬ ‫وﻟﻛن‬ ‫اﻟﯾوﻣﯾﺔ‬ ‫ﺣﯾﺎﺗﻧﺎ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ‬ ‫ﻧﻘوﻟﮭﺎ‬ ‫اﻟﻛﻠﻣﺎت‬ ‫ھذه‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻹﻧﺟﻠﯾزﯾﺔ؟‬ ‫و‬ ‫ﻋﻠﯿﻜﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺴﻼم‬‫ﺑﺮﻛﺎﺗﮫ‬ ‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺣﻤﺔ‬ May Allah's peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you ‫اﻟﺮﺣﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺮﺣﻤﻦ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺑﺴﻢ‬ In the name of Allah, most Compassionate, most Merciful ‫و‬ ‫ﷲ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫إﻟﮫ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ﻣﺤﻤﺪ‬ ‫أن‬ ‫أﺷﮭﺪ‬‫ا‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫رﺳﻮل‬ I testify that there is no God but Allah and that Mohammad is His Messenger ‫اﻟﺤﻤﺪ‬ Praises be to Allah ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن‬ Glory be to Allah ‫أﻛﺒﺮ‬ ‫ﷲ‬ Allah is Greatest ‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﺷﺎء‬ ‫إن‬ If Allah wills (wishes) ‫اﻟﺮﺟﯿﻢ‬ ‫اﻟﺸﯿﻄﺎن‬ ‫ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫أﻋﻮذ‬ I seek Allah's protection from the rejected Satan ‫ﺑﺎ‬ ‫إﻻ‬ ‫ﻗﻮة‬ ‫وﻻ‬ ‫ﺣﻮل‬ ‫ﻻ‬ There is no power nor might save in Allah ‫اﺳﺘﻐ‬‫ﷲ‬ ‫ﻔﺮ‬ I ask Allah for forgiveness
  17. 17. ١٧ Some verses from the Quran ‫ًا‬‫د‬ْ‫ر‬ِ‫و‬ َ‫م‬‫ﱠ‬‫ﻧ‬َ‫ﮭ‬َ‫ﺟ‬ ‫َﻰ‬‫ﻟ‬ِ‫إ‬{ }َ‫ِﯾن‬‫ﻣ‬ ِ‫ر‬ْ‫ُﺟ‬‫ﻣ‬ْ‫ﻟ‬‫ا‬ ُ‫ُوق‬‫ﺳ‬َ‫ﻧ‬ َ‫و‬ "And we shall drive sinners to Hell in a thirsty state." ‫ًا‬‫د‬ْ‫َر‬‫ﻓ‬ ِ‫ﺔ‬َ‫ﻣ‬‫َﺎ‬‫ﯾ‬ِ‫ﻘ‬ْ‫ﻟ‬‫ا‬{ }َ‫م‬ ْ‫َو‬‫ﯾ‬ ِ‫ﮫ‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫آ‬ ْ‫م‬ُ‫ﮭ‬‫ﱡ‬‫ﻠ‬ُ‫ﻛ‬ َ‫و‬ "And every one of them will come to Him alone on the day of Resurrection." }‫ِﯾﻼ‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ‫ًﺎ‬‫ﻧ‬‫ُﻼ‬‫ﻓ‬ ْ‫ِذ‬‫ﺧ‬‫ﱠ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫أ‬ ْ‫م‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫ِﻲ‬‫ﻧ‬َ‫ﺗ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫َﻰ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫ﻠ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬ َ‫و‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﯾ‬{ "Ah! Woe to me! Would that I had never taken so and so as an intimate friend." }ُ‫ھ‬ْ‫ﱢر‬‫ﺷ‬َ‫ﺑ‬َ‫ﻓ‬ٍ‫م‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﻟ‬َ‫أ‬ ٍ‫ب‬‫ا‬َ‫ذ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ِ‫ﺑ‬ ْ‫م‬{ "So announce to them a painful torment." }َ‫ﺎب‬َ‫ﺧ‬ ْ‫َد‬‫ﻗ‬ َ‫و‬ْ‫َن‬‫ﻣ‬‫َﺎ‬‫ھ‬‫ﱠﺎ‬‫ﺳ‬َ‫د‬{ "And he fails who corrupts his own self."
  18. 18. ١٨ }‫ﻓﺄﻧذرﺗﻛم‬‫ﺗﻠظﻰ‬ ‫ﻧﺎرا‬{ "Therefore I have warned you of a blazing fire." }‫َﻧ‬‫أ‬ َ‫و‬َ‫ُون‬‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﻌ‬ْ‫ﻔ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ‫ﻻ‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﻣ‬ َ‫ُون‬‫ﻟ‬‫ُو‬‫ﻘ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ْ‫م‬ُ‫ﮭ‬َ} "And they say what they don't do." }ُ‫ظ‬ِ‫ﻔ‬ْ‫ﻠ‬َ‫ﯾ‬ ‫َﺎ‬‫ﻣ‬ْ‫ِن‬‫ﻣ‬ٌ‫د‬‫ِﯾ‬‫ﺗ‬َ‫ﻋ‬ ٌ‫ِﯾب‬‫ﻗ‬َ‫ر‬ ِ‫ﮫ‬ْ‫ﯾ‬َ‫د‬َ‫ﻟ‬ ‫ﱠ‬‫ِﻻ‬‫إ‬ ٍ‫ل‬ ْ‫َو‬‫ﻗ‬ٌ} "Not a word does he utter but there is a watcher by him ready to record it" }َ‫َﺎن‬‫ﻛ‬ َ‫ْف‬‫ﯾ‬َ‫ﻛ‬َ‫ﻓ‬ِ‫ُر‬‫ذ‬ُ‫ﻧ‬ َ‫و‬ ‫ِﻲ‬‫ﺑ‬‫َا‬‫ذ‬َ‫ﻋ‬ٌ} "How terrible was My torment and My warnings." }ُ‫َب‬‫ﺳ‬ْ‫َﺣ‬‫ﯾ‬َ‫أ‬ُ‫َﺎن‬‫ﺳ‬ْ‫ﻧ‬ِ ْ‫اﻹ‬‫ًى‬‫د‬ُ‫ﺳ‬ َ‫ك‬َ‫ْر‬‫ﺗ‬ُ‫ﯾ‬ ْ‫َن‬‫أ‬ِ◌ٌ} "Does man think that he will be left neglected."
